Every tier is assembled from the same three services:
What we do not do
Knowing where a service stops is worth more than a longer feature list. If you need any of these, we will say so and point you somewhere sensible.
- Paid ads. We do not run Google Ads or Meta campaigns, and we will tell you when paid is a better use of your money than SEO.
- Website design and build from scratch. We fix and improve sites; we do not design them. We can recommend people who do.
- Content writing at volume. We write briefs, structure and key pages. If you need twenty articles a month, that is an agency job.
- Social media management.
- Booking engine or PMS setup and support.
- Guaranteed rankings. Nobody can sell those honestly, including us.
Contracts, cancellation and terms
Is there a minimum contract?
Three months on the monthly tiers, then month to month. Three months is the shortest period in which local SEO work produces data worth judging. Anything shorter and we would both be guessing.
How do I cancel?
Email us, with thirty days’ notice after the initial three months. You keep everything: profile access, documentation, reports and any content produced. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you offer a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. A second location under the same owner is 30% off the monthly tier, because the audit and citation work overlaps. Ask and we will quote it properly.
What do you need from me each month?
About an hour. Photos when you have them, answers to two or three factual questions, and access to your profile and analytics. If a month needs more than that from you, we will say so upfront.
Can I pay in NPR, AUD or GBP?
Yes. Pricing is set in USD and converted at the prevailing rate on the invoice date. Bank transfer, Wise and card are all fine.
