Why local businesses, specifically
We work with local businesses that depend on being found nearby — clinics, salons, studios, trades, restaurants, guesthouses, independent retail. If people search for what you do and then choose between a handful of names on a map, this is the work.
The work itself splits into three services:
Before this, Asish Shrestha worked in media analytics, reading audience and search data for newsroom teams — which is where we learned that traffic reports are only useful when somebody can act on them. That came with study in data analysis and machine learning, now the most relevant part of the background, because AI search is where local business discovery is moving.
Local businesses specifically, because the gap is widest there. An independent business competes against directories and lead-gen aggregators with enormous budgets on one side and well-funded chains on the other, and the two places it can genuinely win — the local map pack and AI answers — are the two most owners have never been shown how to work on.
The two of us
Two people, no account manager in between. You talk to whichever of us owns the thing you are asking about. If you were looking for an SEO specialist in Nepal rather than an agency, that is what you get here: the person doing your SEO is the one you write to. The company behind them is an SEO company in Nepal for local businesses.
Does the SEO work: the audit, the profile and citation work, the technical fixes, the content and the reporting.
Runs the business: scope, scheduling, invoicing and the commercial side of an engagement. Also writes.
Things you can verify
Only things you can check for yourself, in a browser, right now. Anything you would have to take on trust does not belong on this page — which is also why this list is short.
- Whether this site ranks for what it targets
Search the terms this site is built for and see where it comes up. It is the first credential we would check if we were hiring an SEO, and the one nobody can fake for you.
- This site’s own Core Web Vitals
Put this URL through PageSpeed Insights. A consultant selling technical SEO on a slow site is telling you something, and it is not a good something.
- The structured data on any page here
Paste any page of this site into Google’s Rich Results Test. Whatever markup we would put on your site is already on ours, and it either validates or it does not.
Five things we will not compromise on
Technical first, content second
We fix crawling, indexing and speed before touching a word of content. Content on a broken site is wasted effort, and we would rather tell you that in week one than bill you for it in month four.
Every number gets a baseline
A percentage without a starting point and a timeframe is decoration. If we report a 212% increase, the report says 340 to 1,061 clicks over 90 days, and you can check it in your own Search Console.
One business, one plan
We do not run a template. A dental clinic in Kathmandu and a plumber in Melbourne need different work, and the audit exists to find out which.
You keep everything
Profile access, documentation, reports, content. If we stop working together, nothing is held hostage and nothing needs to be rebuilt.
We say when SEO is the wrong answer
Some businesses need paid ads, better photography or a working booking flow more than they need rankings. Saying so costs us a sale and saves you six months.
What we actually use
Tools do not do the work, but you should know what your reports come from and be able to open them yourself.

- Answered within one business day, including from new enquiries.
- Calls
- By appointment rather than on demand, and every call is followed by written actions so nothing depends on either of us remembering it.
- Invoicing

- Reports
- Written to be read without a call. If you never want to be on a call, that is a perfectly workable arrangement.
